Information you send
Application and contact forms email the fields you enter to info@joad.in. An optional résumé is attached to your application email. We use these details to review recruitment enquiries or respond to your message.
Uploads and processing
The PHP handler reads uploads from the hosting server's temporary upload location and does not create a public résumé folder or application database. Email copies are handled by the hosting mail system and the recipient's mailbox. Mail systems may retain copies according to their configured policies.
Session cookies and chatbot
A temporary session cookie supports form security and limits repeated submissions. The chatbot uses preset answers and does not send or persist your chat messages.
External resources
Fonts load from Google Fonts. The hosting and email providers may process technical connection information necessary to provide their services.
